Task Force Sous Chef - Minneapolis, MNJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Task Force Sous Chef to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. Immediate travel is needed. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on leadership and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Experience working in a Marriott Full Service kitchen is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to ensure high quality and efficient food production
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
