MOET Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for a highly skilled case manager with 5+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience who has successfully managed complex, high-value personal injury claims, including commercial insurance policies, traumatic brain injury (TBI) cases, spinal injuries, surgical cases, and seven-figure claims.
The ideal candidate is confident handling sophisticated cases from intake through settlement, excels at client communication, and works collaboratively with attorneys to maximize case value. This position requires strong knowledge of insurance coverage, medical treatment, and strategic case management.
Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually (DOE) + Performance-Based Bonuses

Key Responsibilities
  •  Independently manage a high-value pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement 
  •  Handle complex and catastrophic injury cases, including: 
    •  Commercial vehicle and commercial insurance claims 
    •  Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) cases 
    •  Spinal cord injuries 
    •  Surgical and orthopedic injury cases 
    •  Wrongful death and other catastrophic injury claims 
  •  Coordinate and monitor all aspects of client medical treatment and recovery 
  •  Review and analyze medical records, bills, and treatment recommendations 
  •  Identify available insurance coverage, including commercial policies, umbrella policies, and multiple-party liability
  •  Work closely with attorneys to develop case strategy and maximize settlement value 
  •  Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and experts 
  •  Prepare comprehensive case summaries and assist with demand package development 
  •  Coordinate property damage claims and subrogation issues when applicable 
  •  Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure timely follow-up on all case activity 
  •  Mentor and support junior case managers and legal assistants 
  •  Assist leadership with workflow improvements and best practices 
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of plaintiff personal injury case management experience (required) 
  •  Proven experience managing complex, high-value personal injury cases
  •  Experience handling commercial insurance policies and commercial vehicle accident claims
  •  Strong knowledge of traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal injuries, surgical cases, and catastrophic injuries
  •  Experience working on seven-figure and high-exposure claims
  •  Strong understanding of insurance coverage analysis and liability evaluation 
  •  Excellent client service, negotiation, and communication skills 
  •  Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail 
  •  Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills 
Preferred Qualifications
  •  Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred 
  •  Experience using CASEpeer or similar personal injury case management software 
  •  Experience mentoring or training junior case managers 
  •  Strong understanding of demand preparation and settlement strategy
