WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Invoice Processing:Review, verify, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.

  • Supplier Setup & Maintenance:
    • Perform initial setup and ongoing maintenance of all vendor accounts.
    • Review and approve new supplier requests, checking questionnaires, required tax forms (W-9s), and bank details for electronic payments.
  • Supplier Relations:Respond to supplier inquiries and address payment-related issues.
  • Process Improvement:Continuously work to improve payment processes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Skills:Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, problem-solving, communication, data entry, and time management.
  • Education:High school diploma required, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
  • Experience:Experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable is not required but highly beneficial.

Base salary range: $45-50K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
