To thrive as a Junior Accountant, you need a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, attention to detail, and a relevant degree such as a bachelor's in accounting or finance. Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems, as well as knowledge of GAAP, is typically required.
