We pride ourselves on being the eyes and ears for local convenience store owners, providing the high-quality data they need to keep their businesses thriving.

If you are a self-motivated problem solver who values integrity and accuracy, we want to meet you!

The Perfect Fit

This role is an excellent transition for individuals who have a "head for numbers" and thrive in fast-paced environments. We find that candidates with the following backgrounds are often highly successful in this role:

  • Former Bankers or Lead Tellers: Your experience with cash handling and precision translates perfectly to our auditing process.

  • Convenience Store Managers: You already know the "lay of the land" and understand the inventory challenges our clients face.

Why Join Our Team?

  • Family-Owned Culture: We aren't a faceless corporation. We value our employees as individuals and treat our team like family.

  • Independence: This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working autonomously and taking ownership of their results.

What You’ll Do

As an Auditor, you will be responsible for providing precise inventory counts and financial audits for our convenience store partners.

  • Audit Excellence: Perform physical inventory counts with high attention to detail.

  • Data Entry: Utilize 10-key skills to input data rapidly and accurately.

  • Data Integrity: Ensure all numbers are recorded honestly—integrity is our #1 requirement.

  • Problem Solving: Identify discrepancies in stock or reporting and work to find the "why" behind the numbers.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Technical Skill: Proficiency in 10-key is a strict requirement for this role.

  • Integrity-Driven: You believe in doing the right thing, even when no one is looking.

  • Self-Motivated: You take pride in your work and don't require constant supervision.

  • Mobile: Willingness to travel throughout the New York and Vermont service areas.

  • Physical Ability: Comfortable standing, kneeling, and moving around retail environments for extended periods.

  • Valid Driver’s License: Must have reliable transportation to reach various meet sites.

Benefits

  • Stipend: Monthly stipend for gas to meet spots
  • Work week: Monday through Friday no weekends
  • Paid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas after a year of employment
  • Vacation Pay: 1 week after a year, 2 weeks after 3 years, and 3 weeks after 7 plus years
