- Partner with warehouse, purchasing, and accounting teams to maintain accurate inventory records across physical operations and the Epicor ERP system
- Provide direct day-to-day support through development and management of Warehouse and Material Movement teams while promoting accountability, accuracy and continuous improvement
- Maintain a visible presence to ensure inventory processes are followed and discrepancies are addressed at their source
- Integrate software solutions with our ERP system, automating workflows, and improving core business processes related to parts logistics where applicable

- Oversee cycle count and physical inventory processes, working alongside the team to investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Help ensure alignment between inventory records and financial reporting

- Identify patterns or risks related to excess, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory and recommend practical solutions
