Job description

▶︎ Job Details:
• Job Title: HR/Administrative Assistant
• Working Location: Farmington Hills, MI
• Working style: Hybrid (Onsite during the training period) 
• Employment Type: Permanent/Full-time

▶︎ Essential Functions:
・Provide support to other HR Assistant Manager, members and company management any HR/Admin related tasks.
・Perform various office administrative and clerical tasks for Human ResourcesDepartment
・Complete tasks in a timely fashion, proactively communicate and maintain a high level of professional communication
・Coordinate FedEx/UPS/USPS shipments and deliveries.
・Maintain and update any necessary Administrative and Human Resources related data and submit any HR/Admin related documents/data to designated departments/organizations on time.
・Coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Supporting/conducting employees’ on-boarding, development and compliance training.
・Prepares materials and distributes information updates, policy and procedural changes, benefit information and any other HR-related communications.
・First level of high and effective of customer service support for employee inquiries to include but not limited to benefits, and policy interpretation.
・Office management including managing office supplies inventory.
・Other tasks are assigned when necessary.
Required Education and Experience:
・High School Diploma. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
・At least 1-year experience in a clerical role or office setting.
・Proficiency in Microsoft office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, TEAMS,SharePoint)
・Multi-Tasking Ability
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both English and Japanese.
