Pay: Competitive salary based on experience

What’s a typical day as a Bilingual Japanese Admin Assistant? You’ll be:

• Providing administrative support, including conference and meeting planning, and preparation of documents.

• Collecting and compiling records and documentation in an organized manner for filing.

• Gathering data and preparing standard and custom reports to assist in decision-making.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of on-the-job experience; completion of a vocational training program may substitute for 1 year of experience.

• Possess strong reading, communication, math, and problem-solving skills at the High School/GED level.

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; additional skills in research and graphics are desirable.

• Have excellent alpha and numeric filing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support department-specific needs.

• Must possess both verbal and written bilingual skills in Japanese and English.
