Job description

Our client, a building maintenance company is seeking a bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant for a long-term temp position.


  • This is a long-term temp position.
  • The work schedule is Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm and fully onsite.
  • The pay rate is $26.00 per hour.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls
  • Greet visitors
  • Respond to emails via Outlook
  • Schedule meetings via Outlook calendar
  • Create documents


Required Education and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years of administrative and/or reception experience is required.
  • Proficient in MS Office
