Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English & Spanish)

Adecco Staffing is currently seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English & Spanish) for a client site in Lake Elsinore, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and grow your career with a reputable organization.

This is a temporary 2–3-month opportunity with a starting pay of $22.00/hour with weekly pay.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and office support

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain employee records

  • Create and update Excel reports and spreadsheets

  • Provide support and communication to employees

  • Handle filing, documentation, and record maintenance

  • Assist with day-to-day office coordination

  • Communicate professionally with employees and team members in both English and Spanish

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required

  • Previous administrative experience

  • Comfortable with with Microsoft Excel

  • Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
