Job description

Artisan Chiropractic Clinic is seeking a professional Virtual Assistant Agency to provide ongoing bilingual (English/Spanish) administrative and patient communication support for our multi-location chiropractic practice in the DMV area.
This is a remote partnership opportunity for an agency capable of staffing coverage during our operating hours.
Required Coverage
Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Saturday: 8:00 AM 1:30 PM (Eastern Time)
Agency staff may operate from any time zone, provided quality coverage aligns with Eastern Time.
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Agency must provide bilingual English & Spanish-speaking virtual assistants
Strong verbal communication skills
Experience in healthcare, medical scheduling, or chiropractic offices preferred
Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant communication practices
Experience using EHR systems (ChiroTouch preferred; training provided)
Ability to generate daily/weekly activity reports
Scope of Responsibilities
Agency-provided VAs will be responsible for:
