Job Summary

The Senior Business Automation Specialist leads the strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale business process automation and digital transformation initiatives. This role serves as a senior technical advisor and subject matter expert, responsible for designing scalable, secure, and compliant automation solutions that span multiple business functions and enterprise platforms. The position operates as a senior individual contributor, exercising significant autonomy and judgment while influencing stakeholders at manager and director levels. The role drives modernization, reduces operational complexity, improves efficiency, and enables data-driven decision making through advanced automation, system integration, and process re-engineering.

Job Details/Responsibilities

1.    In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. 
2.    Lead the development and execution of automation strategies and roadmaps aligned with business and IT objectives.
3.    Define and maintain automation standards, architectural patterns, best practices, and governance models across platforms.
4.    Serve as a senior technical advisor for enterprise automation, integration, and digital transformation initiatives. 
5.    Translate complex, ambiguous business problems into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
6.    Review, analyze, and document complex business processes and user requirements to design advanced automation solutions.
7.    Architect and deliver end to end solutions integrating multiple enterprise systems, data sources, and security models.
8.    Design, test, implement, and enhance digital solutions using platforms including, but not limited to, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Power Platform), Power BI, Docusign, PowerShell, and SaaS integrations. 
9.    Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability standards.
10.    Ensure automation solutions comply with IT policies, security standards, and applicable regulatory and quality requirements.
11.    Evaluate and recommend new tools, methodologies, and approaches that deliver measurable business value.
12.    Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Background Experiences

Master’s degree in computer science, information systems or closely related field required. Minimum of ten years of experience in project planning, business analysis, or system configurations. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, SaaS, application programming interfaces, and relational data preferred.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $94,760.00 to $119,478.00. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
