Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a senior business leader to serve as Vice President, Strategic Growth & Japan Enterprise Partnerships, responsible for contributing to strategic growth initiatives and advancing the next phase of expansion for the company's Americas business.

The business serves Americas-based enterprise clients through a global delivery model, and this role will play a critical part in expanding the company's strategic growth through:

  • Expansion of enterprise client relationships in the Americas, focus on Japanese multinational enterprise clients in the Americas
  • Strengthening partnerships with Japanese corporations and technology companies
  • Exploring collaboration opportunities with Japanese investors and industry partners

This role combines strategic growth leadership, enterprise client development, and cross-border ecosystem building, and will be a key driver of the company's long-term growth strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

1. Strategic Growth Leadership

  • Drive the next phase of growth for the Americas business
  • Identify and develop new growth platforms and strategic initiatives
  • Expand the company's footprint in key industries and accounts
  • Partner with business and delivery leaders to scale revenue and market presence

2. Enterprise Client DevelopmentBuild and expand relationships with large enterprise clients in the Americas

  • Drive complex, multi-year transformation programs
  • Strengthen executive engagement with CIO / CTO organizations
  • Expand strategic account portfolios, growth focus:
    • Enterprise client expansion

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Business Leadership

  • 15+ years in IT services, consulting, or enterprise technology
  • Experience managing or driving growth in $50M-$200M+ business environments
  • Proven ability to scale enterprise services businesses

Enterprise Client Experience

  • Strong experience with large enterprise clients in North America
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level and senior technology leaders

Japan Business Ecosystem ExperiencePreferred candidates will have:

  • Experience working with Japanese multinational enterprises
  • Relationships with Japanese corporate or technology partners
  • Understanding of Japanese corporate culture and decision-making

Cross-Border Leadership

  • Experience in global delivery environments
  • Ability to work across Americas and Asia teams
  • Experience leading cross-regional collaboration

Strategic Partnership & Investment Exposure

  • Experience developing strategic partnerships and alliances
  • Exposure to investment, JV, or ecosystem-driven growth models preferred

Language

  •  Fluent English required
  • Japanese strongly preferred

  • A competitive pay range of $160,000 - 200,000 (depending on experience).
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
