We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven B2B Sales Representative / Account Manager to spearhead our market expansion and client success initiatives. In this role, you will be the direct face of CCYP to small-and-medium enterprises (SMEs) within the Chinese-American community. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle: hunting for new business, nurturing existing accounts to maximize retention, and collaborating closely with our digital marketing team to pitch and deploy our cutting-edge web, video, and AI-powered business products.

The Role
  • New Business Procurement: Actively prospect, cold-call, and network to identify and secure new SMB clients within the North American Chinese business ecosystem.

  • Consultative Selling: Confidently pitch CCYPs modern B2B ecosystemincluding web presence packages, short-form video marketing, and AI-driven visibility toolsclearly articulating the ROI to business owners.
Requirements
  • Bilingual Mastery: Mandatory fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin speaking, reading, and writing) is absolutely essential to build deep trust and conduct professional negotiations with our client base.
  • Proven B2B Sales Track Record: 2+ years of experience in outside sales, account management, or business development, with a demonstrable history of hitting or exceeding quotas (experience selling digital media, advertising, or software to SMBs is a huge plus).
  • Digital Marketing Literacy: A strong understanding of modern digital marketing fundamentals (SEO/AEO, social media, web, and video metrics) to effectively advise clients.
  • Relationship-Driven Hustle: High emotional intelligence, strong negotiation skills, and a self-motivated mindset to manage a high-volume sales pipeline from initial pitch to close.
