As Corporate Development Manager, you will be an essential part of our dynamic Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”) team. Your main goal will be perform cold outreach via calls and emails to connect with owners of other health & benefits brokers to educate them on the potential of partnering with OPOC via acquisition, qualify opportunities, set quality meetings with OPOC’s VP of Corporate Development & CEO, and track activity in a CRM system.What You'll Do
Perform research to identify potential acquisition targets
Perform cold outreach to connect with small-to-midsize brokers of group health insurance & employee benefits
Educate potential target on our differentiators
Schedule meetings between qualified targets and OPOC’s VP of Corporate Development & CEO
Keep records of activities in our CRMPerformance Goal:

Strong phone skills – ability to build rapport and handle objections
