• Experience in Genesys composer v8.1.561.29 Installation and call flow development/deployment
• Should have performed Genesys Engage On-Premises 9.x implementation and configurations.
• Knowledge of SIP infrastructure, Genesys framework, Nuance Speech Recognition, Genesys Voice Portal.
• Experience with implementing complex solutions involving Web Services, SOAP, VXML and Voice Object
• Provide technical expertise in all aspects of IVR solution design and application development
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Must have the ability to understand problems, identify root cause and derive potential solutions.
• Proficient in Oracle/MSSQL/RDBMS concepts
Qualifications:
