Overview

We are seeking a skilled TOSCA Automation Developer (TAD) to join our technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high quality automated testing solutions supporting key digital applications. You will contribute to building and scaling test automation frameworks that enhance product reliability and delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites-primarily for the My Retirement mobile app.
Design efficient, scalable automation solutions using TOSCA.
Support the development lifecycle by coding, configuring, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining automation assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application quality and stability.
Potentially support automation for Flagship applications as needed.
Ensure alignment with automation best practices and testing standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with TOSCA automation.
Proven experience building end-to-end automation frameworks and test suites.
Exposure to or experience with mobile application testing.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Flutter, particularly in mobile app environments.
Familiarity with TOSCA Maestro or TestGrid (helpful but not required).
Background supporting enterprise-scale applications or custom-built systems.
