Essential Skills:
We are seeking an experienced TOSCA Automation Engineer to work onsite at the customer location in Fort Mill, SC.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Tricentis TOSCA automation, with experience spanning Web, Desktop, Mainframe, API, and Mobile automation.
This role requires leadership capability in driving end-to-end automation initiatives, CICD integration, and enterprise-level reporting.
Role Description:
Lead and execute end-to-end TOSCA automation projects covering Web, Desktop, Mainframe, API, and Mobile applications.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts using the TOSCA tool suite.
Create and own Test Plans and Test Strategies aligned with business and quality goals.
Perform automation solution design, effort estimation, and execution planning.
Integrate TOSCA with CICD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
Configure, manage, and execute tests using DEX Server.
Analyze complex technical requirements and effectively communicate outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure automation best practices, reusability, scalability, and maintainability.
Generate and present automation execution reports, dashboards, and quality metrics.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an AgileScrum environment.
9 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on Test Automation.
Strong proficiency in Tricentis TOSCA tools, including oTOSCA Commander oDEX (Distributed Execution) oDEX Server
Hands-on experience in oWeb Automation oDesktop Automation oMainframe Automation oAPI Automation oMobile Automation
Proven expertise in CICD setup and execution for automation pipelines.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience leading automation teams or acting as a TOSCA Automation Lead.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
