Job Summary:
Perfict is seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead / Manager with expertise in Tosca automation and Python. The role involves leading automation testing initiatives, managing QA engineers, and ensuring high-quality delivery across projects.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage automation testing efforts using Tosca
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for desktop applications
• Utilize Python for test scripting, utilities, and automation enhancements
• Define automation strategy, standards, and best practices across teams
• Manage and mentor QA/automation engineers, including task allocation and performance guidance
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and business teams
• Plan test cycles, track progress, manage risks, and report testing metrics/status
• Ensure automation coverage, test stability, and continuous improvement
• Participate in release planning and support production deployments as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong experience as an Automation Test Lead or Manager
• Hands-on expertise with Tosca (Tosca)
• Proficiency in Python
• Solid experience in desktop automation/testing
• Strong people management and stakeholder management experience
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, long-term project environment
