Tosca Test Lead

Location:  San Antino , TX

Employment Type - Full Time

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Required 

  • Develop TOSCA test automation framework.
  • Define test automation strategy.
  • Collaborate with client IT team and identify tests to be automated.
  • Ensure framework supports continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  • Guide offshore QA team on best practices, perform code reviews, and mentor.
  • Establish coding standards, guidelines, and quality metrics.
  • Coordinate with developers, product owners, and QA teams.
  • Provide test automation status to all stakeholders regularly (or biweekly).
  • Publish test automation metrics.
  • Conduct defect triage regularly and perform end-to-end defect management, including logging.

Skills

  • Good experience in TOSCA automation tool or UFT automation tool (nice to have only, not compulsory)
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, end-to-end test management of an application/product test management.
  • Experience in leading regression/progressive test automation in Functional and Integration testing teams.
