Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Map, assess, and improve existing business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, or system enhancement.
  • Translate business needs into clear specifications for IT developers, system administrators, and vendors.
  • Support IT project teams through requirements validation, testing, and change management activities.
  • Conduct workflow analysis, data validation, and root cause investigations for system or process issues.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, system diagrams, and user guides.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational policies, technology standards, and strategic objectives.
  • Assist in evaluating technology options and recommending improvements to systems, processes, and operational practices.
