Job Description -
Associate will be working with Business Leads to create Business requirements and Functional solutions for the Military Star Explansion offbase project and preparing user acceptance test scenarios conducting. UAT supporting Implementation activities Queries from Users and Customers. Associate will also be coordinating with 3 4 client associates reporting to the Business Lead in completing their goals. Associate will be providing SME support in CDM CMS CTA and FAS subsystems of VisionPLUS product.
Required Skills
  • Overall 6 -8 years of experience in VisionPLUS product including minimum 3 years of BA experience in V 83x version
  • Should be well versed with Mainframe Technologies Cobol CICS JCL DB2 VSAM DFSORT Easytrieve File Manager
  • Must have a strong functional and technical skills in CMS and CDM subsystems
  • Should be able to suggest and guide clients on industry best practices
  • Should be aware of all the important Reports and Primary Secondary control record parameters in VisionPLUS
  • Good understanding of CMS batch and online architecture
  • Any exposure to credit card customer website or customer service frontend applications would be added advantage
  • Should have exposure to User Acceptance Testing
  • Exposure to UI testing frontend for Application Processing and Customer Websites will be added advantage
  • Good Business Analysis skills required for supporting Clients
  • Should have fair understanding on Software Development and Maintenance lifecycle and Software Testing Life cycle Exposure to Agile methodology is added advantage

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 80000 - 120000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
