Job Role
Business Analyst with strong insurance domain expertise to drive requirements for CCM solutions (OpenText xPression/Exstream) integrated with Guidewire PolicyCenter, focusing on forms and document management.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document insurance business requirements
Translate requirements into CCM & Guidewire functional specs
Work with IT teams on xPression/Exstream and PolicyCenter integrations
Lead forms design, document templates, and communication workflows
Ensure regulatory compliance in insurance documents
Perform gap/impact analysis and support Agile delivery
Required Skills
Strong Insurance domain experience (Policy/Underwriting/Claims)
Hands-on with OpenText xPression or Exstream (mandatory)
Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter integration
Expertise in forms, templates, and document composition
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills
Agile experience
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of XML/XSLT and data mapping
Experience with CCM transformation or migration projects
Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence
Understanding of multi-channel communications

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 69058 - 96287
