Job description

This is Business Analyst first - they need to be able to collaborate, map, work through issues with developers, manage process, etc. They need to be able to work closely with developers, but they won't be hand's on development.
MUST have:
8+ years of IT experience (or 6+ with a master's) with a strong background in ServiceNow modules as an Analyst.
Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM)/ Hardware Asset Management (HAM) / IT Asset Management (ITAM), including best practices for both on-prem and SaaS environments. Exposure to ITOM preferred.
Excellent communication skills, very articulate to gather requirements and present solution designs.
Prior work in a SOX environment is highly desirable.
