You'll work in a collaborative environment, contributing to mission-critical projects and enhancing your expertise across ServiceNow modules. Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify business needs and process improvement opportunities. - Translate requirements into actionable ServiceNow solutions, focusing on modules such as ITSM, Service Catalog, Change Management, and Incident Management. - Develop process maps, workflows, and comprehensive documentation to support project delivery and user adoption. - Collaborate closely with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and cross-functional project teams throughout the software development lifecycle. - Support testing efforts through UAT planning, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders. - Assist in change management, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize platform adoption.
