Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AWS Service Delivery Manager with 15+ years of IT infrastructure and cloud operations experience. The ideal candidate will manage AWS managed services delivery, ensure SLA compliance, lead cloud operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive continuous service improvements for enterprise customers.
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Route 53)
  • AWS cloud operations and managed services delivery
  • Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management (ITIL)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
  • Docker, Kubernetes, Python/Bash scripting
  • Monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana)
