Job description

ROLE_DESCRIPTION -
* Key Responsibilities Oversee all stages of change requests from initiation to closure.
* Ensure changes are properly logged, evaluated, authorized, and documented.
* Assess the impact and risk of proposed changes on IT systems and business processes.
* Organize and chair CAB meetings for reviewing and approving changes.
* Ensure adherence to ITILITSM change management policies and procedures.
* Prepare reports on change success rates, failed changes, and unauthorized changes.
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
* Work closely with Release, Incident, and Problem Management teams for integrated service delivery.
* Required Skills Qualifications Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and ITIL framework.
* Ability to assess risks, impacts, and dependencies effectively.
* Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills. Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow ) ITIL Foundation or higher preferred.
