What will your role be?

As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining end-user technology, SaaS platforms, and core IT infrastructure. Your focus will include managing devices, user access, system security, and automation initiatives to ensure smooth and secure day-to-day operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business needs, improve IT processes, and maintain a reliable and scalable technology environment.

Job Description
  • Manage endpoint administration, including device enrollment, configuration, and security policy enforcement
  • Oversee SaaS platforms, user provisioning, account management, and authentication services
  • Build and support onboarding/offboarding workflows and access control systems using RBAC, SSO, and MFA
  • Create automation scripts and streamline repetitive IT processes through scripting and tooling improvements
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, system records, and change management logs
  • Support infrastructure provisioning and configuration, including participation in Infrastructure as Code efforts
  • Contribute to compliance initiatives and help maintain security controls aligned with audit standards
  • Track and report IT performance metrics, security indicators, and compliance status
  • Work with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and enhance service reliability
  • Provide operational support for distributed systems, SaaS applications, and endpoint environments across global teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or a similar technical role
  • Experience managing endpoint tools such as Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager
  • Strong working knowledge of SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and Cloudflare
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts such as RBAC, SSO, and MFA
  • Experience with scripting/automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages
  • Familiarity with Git-based version control and structured change management practices
  • Exposure to security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST guidelines
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
  •  Ability to operate independently and support a globally distributed workforce in a fast-paced environment
