The BI Developer delivers high-impact reporting and dashboarding solutions for our new Acumatica ERP platform, implementing best practices for stakeholders across Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI). This role focuses on translating complex business requirements into actionable visual insights that drive data-driven decision-making within our dynamic, growth-oriented organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain experts-to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of critical business metrics.

The BI Developer contributes to large-scale data efforts and provides specialized support to business partners and project managers involved in the Acumatica rollout. You will lead development efforts on reporting projects, maintaining a high standard of accuracy, organization, and self-initiative.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of direct work experience in BI development, data analysis, or a similar capacity.

Travel: 0-10%.
Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports, Generic Inquiries, and interactive dashboards within the Acumatica ERP environment.
  • Build compelling visual stories using Power BI or similar tools to help leadership track KPIs across diverse markets like Data Centers and Energy Products.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to integrate Acumatica data with other SaaS applications such as Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow for a unified business view.
  • Work closely with analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
  • Implement rigorous data quality checks to ensure financial and operational reports are accurate, consistent, and audit ready.
  • Administer and optimize reporting queries to ensure high performance and minimize system downtime.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, reporting logic, and dashboard configurations.
  • Stay current with Acumatica updates and emerging BI trends to recommend enhancements to FTI's data strategy.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
