Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is a Small, Woman, and Minority-Owned Business Enterprise with over 18 years of experience in providing IT Consulting Services. They are seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to lead and implement program management practices, coordinate between teams, and ensure alignment across stakeholders for a high-impact ERP migration initiative.
Responsibilities:
• Rapidly assess the current state of the project, identifying and addressing critical issues, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead and implement disciplined program management practices across planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate and serve as liaison between technical, OCM, and functional teams to ensure all business and technical requirements are met.
• Facilitate collaboration with the external agency owning the business process and vendor relationship.
• Ensure alignment across multiple stakeholder groups, including ERP specialists, vendors, agency teams, and executive leadership.
• Provide leadership in areas such as risk and issue management, change control, milestone tracking, and documentation.
• Bring structure and accountability to a complex, high-impact ERP migration initiative.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager leading large-scale enterprise IT projects (preferably in ERP or cloud-based procurement environments).
• Proven track record in financial system migrations or modernization projects.
• Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies.
• Experience turning around or organizing challenged or late-running projects.
• Experience managing vendors or system integrators in enterprise environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
