Location: Waverly, Iowa (Onsite 5 days per week)
Duration: Contract to Hire
Role Overview
This is an entry-level, onsite IT Support Technician role focused on maintaining and supporting end-user technology. The position involves building, deploying, and troubleshooting computer workstations, providing Level 1-2 support, and ensuring conference room technology is operational. This role is ideal for an individual who is eager to learn and grow, as hands-on training will be provided to build foundational IT skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite IT support for end-user technology.
  • Build, image, deploy, and maintain computer workstations and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Level 1 and some Level 2 support.
  • Support and maintain conference room technology, including audio/visual equipment and meeting setups.
  • Prepare conference rooms for daily use and assist with setup for high-visibility events.
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and equipment upkeep.
  • Respond to and resolve onsite technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist users with technical questions and deliver a professional customer service experience.
  • Follow established processes while learning and developing IT support skills.
