Henjes, Conner & Williams, P.C. is a growing public accounting and advisory firm seeking a talented technology professional to lead our Information Technology operations and help drive the future of technology throughout the firm.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting end users, strengthening cybersecurity, managing infrastructure, and identifying new opportunities to improve business processes through technology, automation, and AI.

This position combines the responsibilities of an IT Manager, Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Manager, Microsoft 365 Administrator, and Cybersecurity Leader within a collaborative professional services environment.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and support the firm's technology infrastructure, networks, workstations, cloud systems, and business applications.
  • Lead cybersecurity initiatives including data protection, security monitoring, and employee awareness training.
  • Administer cloud applications, user accounts, system access controls, Microsoft 365, and Teams.
  • Provide technical support and technology leadership for approximately 50 professionals.
  • Coordinate with software vendors, cloud providers, and external technology consultants.
  • Lead technology projects, software implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Help evaluate and implement new technologies, including AI and workflow automation tools.
  • Maintain disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, and technology documentation programs.
