Job description

About Fundraise Up

We're Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world's leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer's Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we're recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.

About the Role

A Solutions Program Manager ensures technical segment teams operate with consistent standards, learn from each other, and maintain alignment during product launches. You are responsible for ensuring that segment specific motions convert into measurable revenue outcomes that improve win rate, deal velocity, expansion conversion, and competitive displacement.

This role works in close collaboration with the Directors of each segment, serving as a critical operational partner to translate strategic direction into structured, scalable programs across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Management by Segment - Proactively surface where technical workflows break down and architect programs that fix it. Prevent methodology drift as each team develops segment-specific nuances. Act as the centralized reference for product launches so technical deployment stays consistent across segments while respecting segment-appropriate motions.
  • Role Utilization - Track and report stage conversion rates, cycle length, resource utilization, and technical qualification accuracy per segment. Surface utilization signals that inform staffing, ramp, and resource allocation decisions.
  • Cross-segment Resource Development - Enhance centralized resources including project plan templates, demo catalogs, technical proof points, and shared playbooks. Identify where segment wins should become standard across all teams. Maintain accurate documentation and database systems to ensure accurate insights and solution development.
  • AI & Automation Maintenance - At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate. You will maintain AI and automation systems that allow Solutions Consultants and Solutions Engineers to do more. Ensure that agentic approaches remain reliable and updates do not distract from deal progression. Iterate on agent quality, manage rollout of new capabilities, and measure productivity outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, or Strategy, ideally within a SaaS Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Customer Success organization.
  • Proven track record owning cross-functional programs end to end - driving outcomes, not just coordinating activity.
  • Strong process design instincts, with the ability to see where work breaks down and build the system that fixes it.
  • Operational analytics fluency - comfort with productivity metrics (stage conversion, cycle length, utilization, qualification accuracy) and reporting cadence. SQL proficiency and working knowledge of a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI and automation tooling, and a clear point of view on how to maintain agent quality and measure productivity ROI.
  • Strong communicator, able to translate complex data and program updates into clear, compelling narratives for audiences from ICs to segment Directors.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skill, earns trust quickly across teams and ensures new programs and changes are well-received.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to architect structure within ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • A finisher mindset with a high degree of ownership and the ability to manage competing priorities with precision.
  • Change management experience, ideally supporting an organization through a significant operating transition.
  • Proven success navigating the ambiguity of high-growth startup environments.
  • Domain knowledge or experience within the Nonprofit sector highly desired.

Compensation

  • OTE: $130K - 140K
  • Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role's requirements and location.
Perks & Benefits
  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
  • FSA and HSA Spending Account.
  • 20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus an additional 1 floating holiday.
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • 100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.
  • Paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers / 6 weeks for secondary caregivers).
  • Generous home office stipend to support your remote workspace.
  • Annual professional development stipend to support your growth (e.g., workshops, courses, and seminars).
  • Charitable giving program and paid volunteer time off with registered non-profits.
