Job description

Product Manager - Talent Accelerator Program

Join the Team Shaping the Future of Industrial Technology!

Ready to make a tangible impact on global industries using cutting-edge technology? Trimble is looking for a passionate problem-solver like you to help us transform the way the world works!

About Us

Trimble is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming the ways work gets done. With relentless innovation in precise positioning, modeling and data analytics, Trimble enables essential industries including construction, geospatial and transportation. Whether it's helping customers build and maintain infrastructure, design and construct buildings, optimize global supply chains or map the world, Trimble is at the forefront, driving productivity and progress.

About Document Crunch (a Trimble Company) & Trimble ERP (Trimble Vista)

This role sits at the intersection of two powerhouse domains within the Trimble Construction One (TC1) ecosystem: Document Crunch and Trimble Vista.

  • Document Crunch is Trimble's premier AI-powered risk intelligence platform, transforming how teams manage risk from bid to closeout. Powered by CrunchAI, the platform ensures risk is identified, acted on, and transparent as work moves through an entire project.

  • Trimble Vista is Trimble's flagship enterprise resource planning (ERP) ledger- the financial backend core where billions of dollars in construction billing, certified payroll, accounts payable, and change order management face real-world construction execution.

Historically, the construction industry has suffered from a costly disconnect between what a legal contract dictates and what the financial ledger actually executes. By connecting Document Crunch's front-end contract intelligence directly into Vista's robust financial workflows, we are bridging the gap between legal risk and financial reality-minimizing contract disputes and architecting the future of connected construction technology.

What Makes This Role Great: The Accelerator Track

This is not a standard, siloed Product Manager position. We are hiring a Product Manager directly into the Document Crunch team under Trimble's executive-backed Experienced Professional Accelerator Program. Instead of jumping straight into a single product environment, your career path begins with a high-impact, 12-month cross-divisional immersion designed as a true career accelerator.

How It Works:

  • The First 12 Months (Bridging AI & Enterprise): You will be 100% embedded within the Trimble Vista product organization. You will master how enterprise contractors track job costs, manage change orders, and handle backend financial compliance.

  • The Long-Term Impact: At the end of the 12-month swap, you will return to Document Crunch equipped with an invaluable downstream financial blueprint. You will use this knowledge to help architect future AI-native solutions at the intersection of risk and financial management

  • Support & Flexibility: To ensure your success, you will have regularly scheduled monthly meetings with the Accelerator Program Manager to navigate roadblocks. Trimble leadership is completely flexible and fully committed to dynamically supporting your growth, ensuring communication and workloads are adjusted as challenges arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive product roadmap strategy across designated product areas, identifying, prioritizing, and owning features that expand our market, grow our partnerships, and delight our customers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( UX, product marketing, engineering, and go-to-market) to integrate customer insight and strategic thinking into everything we build, from problem definition through delivery.

  • Spearhead the ideation and delivery of solutions that solve critical real-world challenges, describing problems clearly, rallying the team around the best approach, and following through to outcomes.

  • Champion the customer throughout the process diving deep into construction, legal, and risk management spaces, testing ideas qualitatively and quantitatively, and iterating relentlessly.

  • Influence product feature definition and vision, setting a high bar for craft, rigor, and customer empathy within your product area.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of proven product management experience working on technology-powered products, with demonstrated impact at a senior level.

  • Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives, from problem discovery through go-to-market launch, with measurable outcomes.

  • Demonstrated Participant Attributes: Exceptional curiosity, drive, initiative, adaptability, and resilience.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering "visionary pragmatist" results, balancing long-term strategy with practical, iterative execution that actually works.

  • Excellent communicator across all formats (verbal, written, visual, and narrative) with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a clear point of view.

  • Solid understanding of engineering, design, and product practices, with the ability to zoom in on a problem while keeping overarching company strategy in view.

Bonus Points For:

  • Knowledge of construction, legal, and/or risk management spaces; familiarity with AI tools and product experiences

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or construction technology environments.

  • Deep familiarity with AI-driven product experiences and emerging interaction patterns.

  • Experience collaborating with or driving alignment across distributed, virtual product squads.

Logistics

  • Location: Atlanta, GA, Lake Oswego, OR or Westminster, CO, Austin, TX

  • Travel Requirement: TBD

  • Interview Team: Talent Attraction, Document Crunch Management, Trimble Management, Talent Programs Manager

Why You'll Love Working With Us & Accelerator Perks

At Trimble, we are a team dedicated to making a tangible, positive Real-World Impact. Our purpose-driven culture means you'll work on projects that truly matter, helping to build and deliver solutions that make work faster, safer, and more sustainable for millions of people worldwide.

  • Collaborate with likeminded people: You will work with a supportive team that fosters a genuine sense of belonging.

  • Be an owner: We thrive on an entrepreneurial spirit where success is often "self-authored," empowering proactive "doers".

By joining via the Experienced Professional Accelerator Program, you unlock:

  • Proposed Equity Alignment: Program participants are put forward for an elite milestone incentive framework, which includes a target consideration of an RSU grant (currently under executive review for final approval).

  • Executive Mentorship & Cohort Connections: Direct pairing with a senior executive mentor and access to networking events with a tight-knit cohort of high-performing peers across other business sectors.

  • Unparalleled Long-Term Mobility: At the conclusion of your 12-month immersion, you will be formally reviewed for transfer or progression tracks, maximizing your ability to self-author your career trajectory across the entire Trimble ecosystem.
