As a member of the DTS team, our Cloud Platform Infrastructure Operations Manager oversees the development and testing of infrastructure and data solutions for a secure multi-cloud platform that hosts business applications and services. This role collaborates with leadership, architects, and engineers to ensure high-quality, reliable, and secure infrastructure spanning cloud services, security, governance, and operational tooling - all in service of creating an economically sustainable health care system.

What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

  • The Cloud Platform Infrastructure Operations Manager would have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related field and 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Information Technology, including 2 years in progressive leadership roles and 3 years of experience within the cloud computing environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong knowledge of IaC and configuration management tools (preferred: Ansible, Terraform) and source code management (preferred: GitHub, GitLab)

  • Excellent technical problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

  • Effective communication across all levels using presentations, technical reports, and executive summaries

  • Vendor management experience including FinOps reporting, POC evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, and product roadmap feedback

  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems, identify requirements, and develop alternative solutions

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and constructive relationships across all organizational levels

  • Experience leading design, development, testing, and deployment of applications/systems using proven or emerging technologies

  • Ability to manage diverse staffing models (employees, contractors, consultants), support various work locations (office, remote, hybrid), and assess gaps in training, skillsets, and team dynamics

What You Will Do at Cambia:

  • Responsible for comprehensive human capital management including recruiting, performance management, goal setting, succession planning, staff development, and accountability for departmental goals

  • Collaborate with cross-department partners to define and deliver platform product roadmap supporting Cambia business initiatives and ensure delivery of roadmap capabilities

  • Lead development and maintenance of secure, reliable cloud infrastructure using IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and automated operational processes compliant with security standards

  • Oversee monitoring, alerting, and Service Level Agreement compliance while ensuring platform services meet corporate security policies and protocols

  • Manage peer-to-peer code review processes and maintain accurate documentation for designs, standards, processes, and best practices

  • Work closely with infrastructure, security, and application architects and software engineers to deliver high-quality, reliable, and secure business solutions

  • Lead planning and implementation of modern technologies in high-scale, high-uptime environments while providing direction, guidance, and mentoring to team members; participate in 24x7 management on-call support

The expected hiring range for a Cloud Platform Infrastructure Operations Manager is $163,200 - $220,800 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $153,000 - $250,000. #LI-hybrid
