Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Manager with a minimum of four (4) years of experience managing information technology operations, software development activities, infrastructure, and technology projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, leadership skills, and hands-on experience overseeing software development teams and ensuring adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.


This role is responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, supporting technology initiatives, overseeing system implementations, ensuring cybersecurity and compliance requirements are met, and partner with global development teams to oversee the implementation of software solutions, ensuring adherence to established SDLC, change management, quality assurance, and cybersecurity requirements throughout the development and deployment lifecycle. The IT Manager will work closely with business stakeholders to align technology strategies with organizational objectives while maintaining operational excellence and governance standards.


Key Responsibilities:


IT Operations Management

  • Manage and oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, applications, networks, and technology services.
  • Ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and security of IT systems and services.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and operational standards.

  • Oversee code promotion activities across development, testing, staging, and production environments.

  • Maintain records supporting audit and compliance requirements.


Cybersecurity and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability management, access reviews, incident response, and security awareness programs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during assessments and compliance reviews.
  • Support compliance efforts related to SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, NIST, and other applicable frameworks.
  • Ensure technology controls are implemented and operating effectively.


Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop IT personnel, including system administrators, developers, and support staff.
  • Establish performance objectives and conduct employee evaluations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, change management, and IT governance processes.
  • Experience managing enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure environments.
  • Experience with vendor management and technology procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and information security best practices.
