  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful execution.

  • Facilitate communication across technical and business teams, providing regular status updates and executive-level reporting.

  • Drive issue resolution and decision-making processes to minimize project impacts and maintain delivery commitments.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and governance processes throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams to achieve program goals.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong technical background with proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional engineering programs.
