RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a IT Contracts Manager in Hollywood, FL.
Summary:
This role oversees contract coordination across Purchasing, Legal, Risk Management, and IT to ensure compliance with business, legal, financial, and operational requirements while supporting strategic technology initiatives. This position manages a broad range of contract activities, including procurement document consistency, contract negotiations, amendments, renewals, and dispute resolution.
Operating under delegated authority, the IT Contracts Manager negotiates terms, recommends award decisions, and advances contracts through required approval workflows. The role also ensures timely renewals, monitors compliance, and maintains uninterrupted services with a focus on cost efficiency.
The IT Contracts Manager serves as the primary point of contact for vendors throughout the contract process, clarifying terms, resolving issues, and ensuring agreements align with organizational objectives and compliance standards. This role partners closely with IT leadership and vendor management to drive cost transparency, forecast accuracy, and value realization across software, infrastructure, cloud, and technology services.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT contract lifecycle management or related roles
* Strong knowledge of IT contract types including SaaS, subscription licensing, cloud services, consulting agreements, SOWs, and SLAs
* Proven experience in contract negotiation, administration, and interpretation
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; experience with contract tracking systems preferred
* Lawson experience highly preferred
* Experience with Power BI, ServiceNow ITFM/ITAM, Oracle, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or COBIT preferred
* Valid Florida Driver's License required
* Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
