Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Validate reporting on loading discrepancies, damages, aging, cycle counts and inventory adjustment requests
  • Manage and track inventory claims to 3PL, vendors, and company write-off's
  • Process inventory adjustments in SAP in a timely manner, ensuring the correct movement types are used
  • Follow up, review, and confirm claim status/results from 3PL & vendors
  • Process PO corrections in SAP
  • Partner with IKAM's to process off-loads
  • Partner with IT on process to improve data flow between 3PL and HAI
  • Develop analysis and reporting of key performance inventory metrics, reporting tools, and dashboards
