Materials Inventory Integrity Coordinator

Do you love making numbers line up perfectly? Are you the person who notices when a pallet is in the wrong slot or a transaction looks off in the system? Join us to keep our materials accurate, accounted for, and audit-ready across warehouse and production operations.

What you will do

  • Record and validate every movement—receipts, transfers, and adjustments—in ERP/WMS.
  • Receive inbound materials, inspect for quality and quantity, and verify all documentation.
  • Match production reports to actual receipts; fix missing, incorrect, or incomplete transactions.
  • Track down discrepancies, determine the root cause, and put corrective actions in place.
  • Verify bins and locations, correcting misplacements, empty system locations, and unrecorded stock.
  • Keep a close eye on high-value/sensitive items to minimize loss and misplacement.
  • Publish clear accuracy metrics and discrepancy reports to drive accountability.
  • Partner with warehouse, production, and operations to resolve issues and strengthen processes.
  • Support continuous improvement and keep storage areas organized, clean, and compliant.
  • Tackle additional tasks as assigned.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or manufacturing.
  • Hands-on background with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
  • Comfort using ERP/WMS for inventory tracking and entries.
  • Sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills, including basic root-cause techniques.
  • Knowledge of transaction auditing, data integrity, and bin/location best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate well across functions.
  • Strong organization and communication in a fast-moving environment.
  • Accountability and follow-through until issues are fully resolved.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and readiness to close process gaps.
  • Willingness to complete required training and follow standard work.
Environment & physical expectations
  • Warehouse/production setting with extended standing and walking.
  • Physical activity including lifting, bending, stretching, pulling, and climbing.
