This role reports to our main office in South Weber, UT M-F. 

Job Purpose:
- The IT Infrastructure Lead at Sure Steel Inc is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure to ensure its reliability, security, and scalability. This role involves leading a team of IT professionals, developing strategic plans for infrastructure growth, and implementing innovative solutions to optimize technology resources in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT infrastructure team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity and professional growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for IT infrastructure that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of network systems, servers, storage, and other infrastructure components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure by implementing best practices and staying informed about emerging threats and technologies.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure the procurement of necessary hardware and software resources within budgetary constraints.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and reduce downtime.
