Job description

**This is an onsite position** You must be a Georgia Resident**

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to)
● Manage a staff of up to 5 IT professionals. Includes performance management and employee
development.
● Support infrastructure of an online, real-time transaction processing environment 24/7/365
● Coordinate with vendors to support the WAN for voice and data systems
● Support all facets of Active Directory
● Support email, Storage Area Network (SAN), web servers, etc.
● Support .Net and MS SQL solutions
● Work with vendors to facilitate problem resolution
● Lead projects to improve infrastructure uptime or performance

REQUIREMENTS
● 2+ years of people management
● 4+ years in-depth knowledge of Windows servers
● 3+ years in-depth knowledge of SQL databases
● Experience with Linux a plus
● Experience with Citrix or RDS
● Experience configuring LAN, WAN, and VoIP systems
● Strong documentation skills
● Familiarity with backup and restore processes
● Familiarity with build automation, patch management, automated deployments, and packaging
● Experience with integration-type projects, such as domain migration
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Requires sitting, standing, and occasional light to medium lifting.
