Als IT Infrastructure Engineer bij Baronie kom je terecht in een internationale werkomgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Je werkt nauw samen met de Group IT Infrastructure Manager en vormt een onmisbare schakel binnen het team. In deze rol ben je operationeel ijzersterk, denk je strategisch mee over onze systemen en krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig innovatieve projecten te trekken.

Je krijgt bij ons de ruimte om door te groeien van technisch ondersteunende expert naar een kartrekker die zelfstandig complexe projecten beheert. Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Brugge, maar je impact is voelbaar door de gehele organisatie

Jouw taken
  • Je staat in voor het dagelijks beheer en onderhoud van onze systemen en netwerkinfrastructuur.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de IT Infrastructure Manager en neemt stapsgewijs projecten over.
  • Je trekt en beheert IT-projecten van A tot Z: van analyse en planning tot implementatie en oplevering.
  • Je bewaakt de stabiliteit, veiligheid en performantie van onze infrastructuur.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan het uitstippelen en uitvoeren van onze IT-roadmap.
Wie ben jij?
  • Bachelor in IT of gelijkgesteld door relevante ervaring
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Sterke kennis van Windows Server-omgevingen en virtualisatie
  • Goede kennis van netwerkbeheer: firewalls, switches, VLANs, routing & switching
  • Kennis van Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) en cloudgerelateerde omgevingen
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig werken als verantwoordelijkheid opnemen binnen een team
  • Je combineert een hands‑on mentaliteit met een projectmatige aanpak
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels
  • Je bent bereid te reizen tussen onze Belgische en internationale sites
