Mandatory Skills: iCertis CLMSAP Business Objects (BOBJ), Data query techniques, APIs, JIRA/ MS Project/Trello
Skills Requirements:
•                    Proficiency in Project Management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
•                    Familiarity with iCertis CLMSAP BOBJ, and data query techniques.
•                    Strong understanding of data connections and query execution.
•                    Ability to create functional specifications, process flows, and BRDs.
•                    Strong knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
•                    Familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, middleware) for enterprise systems.
•                    Ability to manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
•                    Work extensively with iCertis CLM system for contract creation, approval workflows, and compliance tracking.
•                    Ensure contract processes align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
•                    Understand data structures and reporting frameworks.
•                    Run queries using SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) or similar tools.
