Compass is recruiting for VP, IT Infrastructure. Reporting to the CTO, the VP, IT Infrastructure oversees all IT (Information Technology) functions to ensure that the Company's technology is meeting its goals and objectives efficiently and reliably. S/he will work closely with different business units both in Canada and in the US, to assess the needs of users within the organization and manage continuous system improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, update, and implement IT objectives and programs to Compass' objectives and strategies
  • Coordinate and Manage IT across the enterprise
  • Strategic planning - Identify important technical trends and find solutions to mitigate risks
  • Acquire software/hardware required to meet Compass' internal and external objectives
  • Manage, mitigate and minimize Compass' IT and network risk
  • Implement systems and organization controls as per SOC / ISO / PCI requirements
  • Develop new products/hardware and software tools that reduce waste, improve efficiency and experience of the customer
