Position Overview:

The Manager of IT Infrastructure is responsible for the overall leadership and management of enterprise IT systems, networks, and cloud environments. This position ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of infrastructure services while driving modernization initiatives. The role requires a strategic leader with deep technical expertise in network architecture, cloud platforms, endpoint management, and cybersecurity best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management

  • Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud-based services across multiple locations.

  • Manage endpoint systems and tools for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, ensuring security and compliance.

  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and optimal throughput.

Cloud & Systems Administration

  • Lead deployment and technical support of servers, storage, and cloud-based systems.

  • Ensure infrastructure meets HIPAA and security compliance standards.

  • Implement automation and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and scalability.

Identity & Access Management

  • Develop and implement automated processes for onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning.

  • Maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, and related identity management systems.

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with IT Service Desk to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

  • Manage IT Change Enablement processes to minimize risk and disruption during system updates.

Strategic Planning & Vendor Management

  • Contribute to IT strategy development, capacity planning, and resource allocation.

  • Evaluate and manage vendor relationships and software tools to meet evolving infrastructure needs.

  • Lead large-scale IT infrastructure projects aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

  • Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, ITIL Foundations, Microsoft Azure Network Engineer (AZ-700), and other relevant credentials strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of 8+ years of IT service experience, including at least 3 years in an infrastructure management role.

  • Proven experience managing enterprise IT environments, including virtualization, cloud platforms, networking protocols, and cybersecurity best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with Fortinet network infrastructure and endpoint security tools.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its practical application.
