Job description

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused IT Dispatcher to join our Managed Service Provider team. This role is responsible for helping coordinate the daily flow of service requests, client communication, technician schedules, and internal follow-up to ensure our clients receive timely and professional support.

The IT Dispatcher serves as a central point of coordination between clients, technicians, and internal team members. This person will help review incoming requests, prioritize work based on urgency and impact, assign or schedule tickets, follow up on open items, and help keep service operations moving efficiently throughout the day.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with clients and team members, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role does not require advanced technical expertise, but a basic understanding of IT support, strong organizational skills, and the ability to recognize urgency are important.
