Superlanet is seeking an experienced
Information Technology Manager to lead our technology operations, infrastructure, and IT service delivery. This role will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery.
- Manage technology vendors, contracts, licensing, and support partners.
- Develop and execute technology strategies that align with business goals.
- Oversee cloud technologies, networks, cybersecurity, servers, and end-user systems.
- Manage IT projects, technology roadmaps, and operational priorities.
- Establish and monitor departmental goals, KPIs, and budgets.
- Partner with business leaders to identify technology solutions and service improvements.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop IT team members.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and technology modernization efforts.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 5+years of IT leadership or management experience.
- Strongbackground in infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, andcybersecurity.
- Experiencemanaging vendors, budgets, and technology projects.
- Excellentleadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor'sdegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldpreferred.
- Equivalent combination of education andprofessional experience may be considered.

Working Conditions
- Primarily office-based with occasional travel between organizational locations.
- May require after-hours or on-call support for critical systems and business operations.
- Ability to work in environments requiring occasional movement of technology equipment.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, and installation of technology equipment may be required.
Benefits
- Base pay $100,000-$130,000
- Subsidized medical benefits.
