Superlanet is a clinician-led, woman-owned healthcare IT staffing firm supporting hospitals and health systems nationwide.
Superlanet is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to lead our technology operations, infrastructure, and IT service delivery. This role will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery.
  • Manage technology vendors, contracts, licensing, and support partners.
  • Develop and execute technology strategies that align with business goals.
  • Oversee cloud technologies, networks, cybersecurity, servers, and end-user systems.
  • Manage IT projects, technology roadmaps, and operational priorities.
  • Establish and monitor departmental goals, KPIs, and budgets.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify technology solutions and service improvements.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop IT team members.
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and technology modernization efforts.

Requirements
