Job Summary :
Seeking a dedicated and technically skilled IT Coordinator III to join our team in Maryland. This role is responsible for providing high-level technical support and maintenance across software, hardware, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be essential in supporting day-to-day IT operations and development projects, ensuring a seamless user experience and consistent system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver hands-on technical support for software, PCs, POS systems, and network issues.
  • Maintain, update, and troubleshoot POS systems across multiple locations.
  • Provide technical assistance to internal teams for IT development efforts.
  • Resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner, escalating when necessary.
  • Document support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system changes.
  • Work closely with the IT team to support infrastructure upgrades and implementations.
  • Monitor systems for potential issues and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and security protocols.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
