Job description

Job Description:
This position is responsible for the maintenance and implementation of all ECOs, BOMs and other customer and internal requests. As well as the control of internal and external documents such as SOP,s Forms, Procedures, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work with internal and external customers to coordinate all ECOs (engineering change order) and ECNs (engineering change notifications).
  • Meet weekly with internal teams to review ECN status.
  • Generate and send weekly customer ECO, Deviation and FAI reports.
  • Maintain SAP Master Data (Routing, MRP controller, Buyer Code, Material Group 3, and MRP Type).
  • Assign Doc Control Number for all site level ISO documentation (Procedures, SOP's & Forms).
  • Load all site level ISO documentation into Agile for review, approval and release.
  • Maintain all site level ISO documentation for current Revision and old or obsolete revisions.
  • Maintain all site level ISO documentation Master List.
  • Maintain all external documents for review, approval (if applicable) and release.
  • Maintain all external documents Master List.
  • Control distribution of all site level ISO documentation.
  • Create new accounts for Agile.
  • Convert Documents to non-edible format.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Must be very detail oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point required
  • Experience with Agile and LECO preferred
  • Must have ability to remain flexible in a dynamic work environment
  • SAP, ISO, ECO, and Manufacturing process knowledge preferred
  • Experience in document template creation preferred
  • Experience in document formatting preferred
  • Knowledge of technical writing rules preferred
  • Knowledge of electronic document storage, tracking and release procedures, preferred

Education and Experience:
  • High School degree required with minimum 1 year of related experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
