Customer Service Representative - Medical Device Industry
QUICK FACTS
Location: San Diego, CA 92121
Pay range: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
Duration: 3 month contract
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED
  • 1-2 years order processing and invoice management / office-based customer service experience
  • Strong background in data entry and customer service
  • Proficiency in Excel and EDI program experience, preferably with SPS Commerce or True Commerce
  • Healthcare or medical device experience is a plus
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
  • Enter and process orders from ERP system
  • Manage EDI customer setup and order processing
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Generate and maintain sales reports
  • Support order updates, shipping notifications, and invoicing
