Position: Administrative Assistant & QuickBooks Pro

Location: Rainbow Restoration of Mid Central Valley

Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00+ per hour (DOE)

The Role: The Heart of the Office

We are looking for an organized, energetic Administrative Assistant who is as comfortable with a spreadsheet as they are with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

  • QuickBooks: Manage accounts receivable/payable, track company expenses, and perform bank reconciliations like a pro.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate and review profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to keep us on track.
  • Office Orchestration: Manage calendars, handle incoming calls with a "helper" mentality, and keep our documentation organized.
  • Daily Operations: Use QuickBooks Online to create invoices, capture receipts, and assist with payroll processing.
  • Customer Support: Be the friendly voice our customers need during stressful times.
