Job description

Albida is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Workday Consultant to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to launch their career in Financials consulting, focusing on the implementation and optimisation of Workday solutions for our diverse client base.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist senior consultants in the implementation, configuration, and testing of various Workday Financials modules across Record to Report, Order to Cash or Procure to Pay workstreams.

  • Participate in client workshops and requirements gathering sessions, documenting business processes and functional specifications.

  • Support data conversion activities, including data mapping, validation, and loading into Workday.

  • Develop and execute test scripts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Workday configurations.

  • Provide support for post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting and user training.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of Workday configurations and processes.

  • Collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and Workday partners.

  • Continuously learn and stay updated on new Workday features, functionalities, and best practices.

This is a hybrid role with a 3-day office attendance requirement. Successful applicants will be based at our Sandton, Johannesburg office.
